This planned scholarship will support academically eligible learners who face a recognised barrier to education. AIMS intends to assess applicants respectfully, request only necessary evidence, and provide reasonable accommodations during the application process.
Potential categories
- orphaned learners or applicants without parental support;
- learners with disabilities or long-term access needs;
- students from very low-income households;
- applicants from underrepresented communities;
- learners affected by disaster, displacement, or exceptional hardship;
- children of lower-income workers where the annual call defines the category.
